You can book your courier luggage ticket online
The courier luggage service can be booked up to 12 h of the last working day before your luggage is to be collected. As a general rule, it takes 2 working days for delivery and one day longer for island and airport delivery services.
In the booking form, simply enter the date on which you wish your luggage to be delivered, the system then automatically calculates the date of collection. If you place the order more than 5 days before the date of collection, Hermes will send you written notification of the time of collection, within a 4-hour bracket, between 8.00 and 18.00 h (Mon-Sat). If there are fewer than 5 days between order placement and luggage collection, you can call the Hermes service hotline for information about the time of collection, again within a 4-hour bracket. To receive this information, please contact Hermes directly one working day after you have placed the order.
On payment of a surcharge, you can also have your luggage collected or delivered between 17.00 and 21.00 h Mondays to Fridays (evening service).
