Have you lost something on the train or at the station?

Reporting a loss

If you have lost something on the train or at the station, there are various options for reporting your loss to us.
Regardless of which option you choose, we shall look for the lost item for four weeks as from the date on which the item was lost. We shall inform you directly if the search is successful.

Internet

The easiest and fastest way for you to report the loss is right here on the Internet. This option is available free of charge, 24/7.

Enter the report of your loss directly in our lost property service database and you can see immediately whether anything has been found that corresponds to your description. If no item corresponds, you can start a new search again at any time with the help of your lost property inquiry number and your e-mail address. To prevent misuse, please note that it is not possible to report more than one loss on any one day.
