Welcome to Schleswig-Holstein regional railway – the ideal way
to explore the area

Sea and wide open spaces - Schleswig-Holstein has a wonderfully soothing effect on the eye, no matter whether you live here or are just visiting. And the easy way to enjoy that scenery is on board a Schleswig-Holstein regional train. Lean back, enjoy the trip and look out at the countryside as you head for one of the many places of interest conveniently and inexpensively.

For just EUR 26 Euro you can travel all over Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg and even Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania a whole day long. What's more, up to 4 more persons can join you for EUR 3 each. In other words, you only pay for the people who are actually travelling. With the Schleswig-Holstein ticket, you don't have to opt for a certain route, but can decide completely spontaneously in the course of your journey where you want to go to in these three northern German regions.

The new Schleswig-Holstein-Ticket:

1 day long throughout the region – now for EUR 26 + EUR 3 for each further person
New: the price depends on the number of passengers – as a flexible ticket for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5
Advantage for parents/grandparents (1 or 2 adults): their own children/grandchildren aged under 15 travel free of charge
Valid for 2nd class travel on all regional trains in Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (except buses) and in Hamburg on all HVV Ring A + B services, (except for express buses).
Valid from 9:00 to 3:00 h of the following day on Monday to Friday, from 0:00 h at weekends and on public holidays
