If you wish to make an inquiry or a booking, please use the IPTIS order form (RSTL 6544) to be found on the ATOC website.
Alternatively you can call us on 08444 99 71 71 The documents (FIP Card, coupons) that entitle you to purchase these supplements or reduced rate tickets are provided by your employer or ATOC. |

Eurostar FIP Fares:
The following prices are quoted for single journeys starting in the UK to any destination: £23 in Standard Class £38 in Standard Premier (previously First Class) Journeys starting from the continent costs: £25 in Standard Class £45 in Standard Premier (previously First Class) For return fares, please double the above given prices. Please note, FIP fares are not offered on any trains departing Fridays between 17:30 and 19:00. At all other times the FIP fares are subject to availability, and staff are reminded that the further in advance the FIP tickets are booked the greater the choice of trains and seats available. |

Reservation fees
Standard Class reservations on open access trains within Germany cost EUR 4.50 per person. First Class reservations cost EUR 5.50. Charges for seat reservations on other trains may vary. Please note that all rail staff may be asked to give up their seats for public fare ticket holders, if necessary. |
| First Class Upgrades |

Globally priced train:
If you hold a 2nd Class FIP card, you can upgrade to First Class travel on the following globally priced trains only: Eurostar, TGV, TGV Artesia, TGV Lyria, Trenhotel, AVE, Talgo, ALS, EM Please note, Deutsche Bahn can only issue upgrades on these trains for FIP discounted tickets. Upgrades for 2nd Class SNCF coupons for travel on TGV can only be purchased locally in France. Open access trains Upgrades on these services are charged separately. Example: ICE from Cologne to Berlin a) If you hold a 2nd Class FIP card, but wish to travel in First Class, you will be issued with the following: - 2nd Class FIP ticket + 1st Class upgrade (seat reservation optional) b) If you hold a 2nd Class coupon, you will be issued with: - 1st Class upgrade (seat reservation optional) |
| Booking Windows |

Most trains can be booked from 90 days in advance.
Exceptions as below: On the most frequent routes Eurostar can be booked from 120 days in advance. Trains to Disneyland and the Ski trains can be booked from 180 days in advance. Eastern European trains and Spanish globally priced trains are normally open to bookings from two months prior to the travel date. Trains originating in Russia can be booked from 45 days in advance. CNL reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance. Please note, if you have finalised your travel plans before the relevant booking windows are open, you can already send us your completed IPTIS booking form (RSTL6544). We will then book each leg as it becomes available. Tickets will be sent and charged once the booking is complete. Generally, as all types of accommodation are subject to availability, we recommend to book as early as possible. |

| Restrictions for globally priced trains |

Please note, the following trains do not offer FIP discounts:
TBIZ = business train in Italy between Rome and Milan Night train Malmö – Berlin TGV Paris – Luxembourg TGV France – Spain TGV Bruxelles – Lille TGV Bruxelles – Provence Sweden, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine do not participate in the FIP scheme at all.
