1st- and 2nd-class “Saver fare Europe” and “Super saver fare Europe” tickets to destinations in Ukraine can only be purchased at DB sales offices (DB Travel Centre, DB agency) as paper tickets. Selection is limited to destinations in Ukraine that are listed in DB sales systems; these may vary during the timetable period. The advance sales period is no more than two months and cannot be guaranteed.
You may only travel on long-distance trains (ICE, IC/EC) and on the days indicated on the ticket. Reservations are required for long-distance trains through Poland.
When starting or completing your journey on regional or local trains (RE, RB, IRE, S-Bahn), you are not restricted to specific services or times. Your journey must be completed by 10:00 a.m. the following day.
