Visit Copenhagen and the Christiansborg Palace by train

The famous song from the 1952 film "Hans Christian Anderssen" says it all: Copenhagen is simply a wonderful seaside town.

Little Mermaid, Tivoli Gardens and much more

Copenhagen is the thriving capital of Denmark. With an abundance of water, many green spaces and well-planned cycle paths, it oozes a sense of calm that is sure to enchant visitors. Who hasn't heard of the Little Mermaid statue on the waterfront? And this is only one of the many popular tourist attractions that can be found here. Did you know that Copenhagen is home to two of the oldest amusement parks in the world? Dyrehavsbakken dates back as far as 1583, while the famous Tivoli Gardens opened in 1843. Among its rides are the oldest rollercoaster (1915) and ferris wheel (1943) still in operation worldwide. Well worth a visit!
