Here's how it works:
How to cancel on the bahn.business portal – fast and easy
- Online tickets that are no longer required can be conveniently edited and, if necessary, cancelled on the business customer portal under "My Bookings".
- Persons who normally book tickets for others can search for travellers in the "Manage Travellers" section and edit and cancel their tickets by accessing their orders.
- You can find and cancel DB tickets booked by colleagues, e.g. self-bookers using the "Order Search" feature. To do this, you need the traveller's order number and last name.
Cancelling unused tickets
If online cancellation is not (no longer) possible, or if the ticket was only used partially (e.g. outward journey only), you can have it refunded. Please use the refund form, which you can download here as a PDF file.
Partial refunds are subject to a cancellation fee in accordance with the tariff regulations.
