How to cancel tickets sent by post

■ With a "My Bahn" customer account:

Log into "My Bahn" on www.bahn.com and click ""My last booking"".
Select the relevant booking, click ""Cancel"" and then ""Refund"". Check your selection again and then click ""Refund form"" to proceed.

A template opens that you can download, fill in, print out and then send - together with the ticket/s and any other items (seat reservations, etc.) - to the address on the form.

■ Without a bahn.de customer account:

If you do not have a customer account, you need your booking's order number. Enter it in order search, then our system shows you the relevant booking and cancellation options. Proceed as described above.
